While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No food, glass, or pets in the pool. *No parties and no glitter. *No more than 8 people allowed in the home. *Given we are on a barrier island and the plumbing is more sensitive than other areas, please flush only modest amounts of toilet paper. All wipes, feminine products, paper towels, and other items must go in the trash bin. *The pool, dock, and patio areas are shared spaces with the other Airbnb at the property. Please be respectful of other guests. *Deep-frying or high-grease cooking is not allowed on the property. Grease spills damage surfaces, attract pests, and pose fire risks. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you plan to use the dock for a boat or a jet ski, please notify us at the time of your booking. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or death that result from the use of a boat or jet ski on the dock. We occasionally have lower water levels which may make it difficult to dock a larger boat during low tide. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *One pet allowed per stay and no pets over 20 pounds. We must be made aware of any pets prior to your reservation and pets must be listed on your reservation. We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a pack ’n play, high chair, stroller, kids silverware, and more. Great location and space. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants. We loved that the area wasn’t overrun with people so a very relaxing day on the beach!! The pool is a great place to relax after a beach day. House layout was great for our group as well. Bonus chairs and umbrellas provided for our beach day. Would stay here again!

My stay was 5 days in June. Very comfortable, clean, modern home with plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 4 kids. The sunrise over the canal was a great view with morning coffee. Location is a 3 to 5 min straight walk to a beautiful beach (that was not overcrowded). Also, a park/playground close by was a big hit with the kids. The local area felt laid-back, pleasant, and safe. Lots of places to grab food, coffee, to shop & a convenience store close. The provided chairs, floats, beach mats, & a wagon to carry it all in was so convenient. Having that already available took stress off me. On our last night we cooked steaks on the grill provided, then had a great family dinner after spending the day playing and lounging in the pool. Lastly, the hosts were the best! They were attentive, kind, responsive and accommodating to a few requests/needs I had. This was my 1st air bnb experience and they made it a good one. They made it easy. I highly recommend this air bnb for your stay.

This house provided the perfect getaway for my family and me. The location couldn’t have been better - my boys spent the entire day fishing right from the private dock, which kept them entertained for hours. They were thrilled to have such easy access to the water without having to travel anywhere. The property itself exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the house came fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t have to worry about bringing extra supplies or making additional purchases. One of the biggest advantages was the walkable location. We could easily stroll to the beach for some sun and sand, and when we got hungry, there were several excellent restaurants just a short walk away. This convenience made our vacation so much more relaxing - no need to drive everywhere or worry about parking. The combination of waterfront access, cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, made it perfect.

In addition to easy walks and ample parking, getting around Indian Rocks Beach and the nearby Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is affordable, fun, and convenient with the Suncoast Beach Trolley service! There are several trolley stops in Indian Rocks Beach: Gulf Blvd. & 10th Avenue, Gulf Blvd. & 15th Avenue, and Gulf Blvd. & 17th Avenue. The Suncoast Beach Trolley operates from Clearwater Beach in the north to Pass-A-Grille in the south, stopping at designated “Trolley Stop” locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. route (excluding Belleair Beach and Belleair Shores). The Beach Trolley picks up passengers every 20 to 30 minutes, from 5:05 a.m. to 10:10 p.m., Monday through Sunday (including holidays), with extended service until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
